Molecular sieve 3A
Molecular sieves are materials with a three-dimensional structure of aluminosilicates that have a porous structure with regular and uniform holes. Zeolites can selectively adsorb different materials with micropores. These materials are classified in sizes from 3 to 10 angstroms based on the dimensions of the holes.
Molecular sieve 3A, obtained from ion exchange with potassium, has holes with a size of about 3 angstroms to adsorb molecules with a molecular diameter less than 3 angstroms, such as water molecules except unsaturated hydrocarbons and highly polar alcohols such as methanol and ethanol.
Applications:
- Dehumidification in ventilation devices
- Dehumidification in double-glazed windows
- Dehumidification of natural gas and air
- Removal of various pollutants such as Sulphur, Nitrogenous compounds, Carbon Dioxide from different streams.
Advantages:
- Long lifetime
- High moisture adsorption capacity
- Resistant to wear and pressure
- Performance guarantee
Due to the constant market demand for 3A molecular sieve, this product is available in the warehouse of Tanser Pars Sanaat company.
